Originally from Northern Iowa, Neil inherited the good work ethics instilled from the black dirt farmers of the Midwest. Neil possesses an honest, straight forward, and easy going demeaner that makes him an excellent Real Estate Agent whom is a pleasure to work with. Experience is the key trait that people want when enlisting a real estate agent, and Neil has been a Realtor® with Brevard County’s Space Coast Association of Realtors® and member of the National Association of Realtors for the past 16 years, representing Buyers and Sellers, alike. Neil has many years prior extensive sales experience, ranging from owning an automotive service repair business; 15 years as an ASE Certified Master Technician; District Manager for a Chicago-based National Insurance Company, and, later, the Manager of a Cocoa Beach full-service gas station. Space constraints prevent listing all of his accomplishments here; however, one of the most important certifications Neil presently holds is the SRES Certification, which specializes in supporting the needs of the Senior Community, providing the extra time and care required to those that may need to sell or buy a home in the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and surrounding areas. Neil accepts new business as it arises; however, the majority of his client base is built on referrals from past clients.
An avid Corvette lover, Neil was a member of the Merritt Island Corvette Club from 2016 to 2018 and the Cape Kennedy Corvette Club from 2008 to 2015. His interests pertaining to anything automotive have prevented him from enjoying his 2nd favorite hobby which is Fishing! Owning two waterfront homes and many years spent exploring all the canals and waterways of Brevard County has provided Neil 1st hand knowledge of all the waterfront properties as well.
For the past 12 years, Neil has also been an active Trustee for his church, located in Cape Canaveral, and has been responsible for the upkeep of the church’s 2.5-acre property, including two additional buildings.
